Description

Dahlia is a cute herbaceous tuberous perennial, which can grow up to 6' tall and up to 3' wide. It prefers sunny to part shady, moist, well-drained , organic rich, light loamy soil. It blooms in summer and in fall and could have purple, pink, yellow, red or white flowers. Since it grows upright, you may have to stake it. Plant in window boxes, containers or use for cut flowers, borders or for specimen plants. Pinch the shoots to promote dense growth.

Water Saving Tip:

Fix leaking sprinklers, valves, and pipes.

One broken spray sprinkler can waste 10 gallons per minute - or 100 gallons in a typical 10 minute watering cycle.
